Licensing and Technology Transfer

Tricom Tecnologia allows service providers to become part of the Partner network, through licensing and technology transfer in the following activities:

Gammascan
Coke Drum Laser Scanning and Remote Visual Inspection

Tricom's technology transfer and licensing system is very simple. It starts with sending an e-mail to Tricom, where the activities of interest should be described. Activities other than those described above can be related.

Then, Tricom will send a questionnaire requesting information about the company and data that will allow assessing the size of the market. If the company is considered approved, Tricom will send 2 Engineers for a technical visit. Travel expenses will be borne by this company.

The Licensing model will be adjusted to each need involving the execution of field services, equipment and training.

The Licensed Company may issue preliminary field reports, however, the final report must be completed by Tricom Tecnologia based on information sent to Brazil.

For Gammascan technology, it will be necessary for the interested company to acquire radioactive sources and meet the regulatory standards required by its country for conducting non-destructive nuclear tests.

For the maintenance of licensing and technology transfer, royalties will be charged, negotiated between the parties.
