2D Gammascan

It is an enhancement of the traditional gamma scan that uses tomography techniques to obtain a two-dimensional density profile of a process equipment.

• Any equipment that has already been scanned can be inspected;
• Evaluates equipment difficult to inspect using traditional gammascan or industrial tomography;
• A 2D density distribution can reveal information that would be hidden on a traditional scan;
• Similar font activities;
• Similar inspection times.

Principles:

The technique employs a low-intensity radioactive source and a high-sensitivity radiation detector similar to traditional gamma scan.

The system is very light and compact. Fully battery operated, can be installed quickly.
